Selska dolina is one of the best places for paragliding in Slovenia. The best Slovenian cross-country flights were flown here. Out and return world distance record was set here many times, the best distance is now 257km! It is easy to make 100km out and return flights here, and great flying over the higher mountains to the west will bring you to Bled and Bohinj, two famous lakeside sites. In june there is a competition called “Ratitovec Open”. More than 120 pilots from all around the world participate this event.
