<![CDATA[Gostilna in prenočišča Stari Tišler **, Kolodvorska ulica 8, Ljubljana, , The STARI TISLER Restaurant is an old coachmen restaurant in the former suburban part of Ljubljana, called Blatna vas (Mud village). The origin of the restaurant goes back to the year 1905. Architecturally it features an arch above the entrance to the restaurant, and berths for horses on the facade hint of its history from coaching times. In the old times coaching restaurants were important places where the coaches could stop, rest and get food and drinks. Coaching restaurants were also the centre of social life and a meeting place where people exchanged the news.The location of the restaurant is ideal; with the appearance of the railway, coaching almost disappeared, yet the restaurant has remained through today. The STARI TISLER Restaurant is a protected monument, and its primary name is maintained today.,]]>
