Through the gorge in the company of blue-green mountain river.

Access and starting point:
We drive 3 km from Bled through Zasip to the Church of St. Catherine (Sv. Katarina), with a parking lot in the vicinity. We can also get there on foot along the road.

Description:
We descend by the church along the marked path to the Šum waterfall on the Radovna river, where the gorge starts.The walk through the gorge (about 2 km in length), is possible via a special path, sometimes leading us immediately above the water and most of the time, under high cliffs. Coming from the gorge to the road,we hit the road over the Radovna river and on the first crossroads above the curves,take the most left at the “Katarina” sign. We follow the path over the meadow under the forest, walking over the panoramic slopes under Hom on the nearly even terrain to the starting point. Here, we can once again admire the wide panorama of the close and further surroundings, with our starting point being one of the most beautiful panoramic points in the Gorenjska region.
